New York Giants running back Shane Vereen is touted for his ability to catch passes out of the backfield. This week Vereen may take his pass-catching abilities to the outside. According to offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo, he may very well use Vereen as a wide receiver this week now that Victor Cruz has been ruled out. "Yeah, it's all hands on deck. We'll use him, anybody we can. We need 11. So we'll play with 11 healthy bodies if that's all we have," McAdoo said. "The guys that can catch the ball the best we'll play with on the perimeter.
