Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is still dealing with the after effects of an offseason procedure to replace a screw in his surgically repaired foot. He has been activated off the PUP list and is running very hard. However, he is not yet cutting. Still, he is expected to be active Week 1 when the Dolphins take on the Washington Redskins.
Fantasy Analysis:
This precautionary procedure has given the ultra-talented first-round pick great value this season. He is as good, if not better than every rookie in this draft from a fantasy standpoint.
