Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle will likely face a suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy. Possibly the biggest concern with Randle being the team's top back was him staying out of the papers off the field. Well an incident in February is probably going to cost him at least a few games according to Todd Archer and Adam Schefter. It's possible he could only be fined, but that does not see overly likely at this point. According to the police report, Randle allegedly got into a confrontation with the mother of his son. He smashed in her car window and then pulled on a gun on her, all while their young son was present.
