Joseph Randle has been the clear leader at running back for the Cowboys this offseason. There is little doubt that he'll be the RB1 this season, even if he is in some sort of committee system. The issue the team has with Randle is all the poor decisions he makes off the field. Whether it's shoplifting or making off-color comments, he has shown a sever lack of maturity. However, Cowboys' RBs coach Gary Brown says the team is beginning to see maturity and are starting to trust Randle. "I think Joe really has to make sure he takes care of everything on and off the field," Brown said.
