Johnny Manziel is the Browns QB2 and has dealt with numerous off-field issues since being drafted in the first round last year. He has had his on-field struggles as well. Johnny Football looked like he had no business on an NFL field last season. To help fix his issues, Manziel has been training with Jon Gruden. Gruden is a QB guru and known film junkie. The guy won a Super Bowl with Brad Johnson when he was the head coach of the Buccaneers. Manziel and Gruden have been doing a lot of film work and working on his mechanics.
