Bills running back Karlos Williams has been hospitalized with an unknown illness. Reports had recently surfaced stating that Williams has been extremely impressive and is making a push for the RB2 job. Head coach Rex Ryan spoke about the rookies status but didn't know much more than anybody else. "Once we find out, you guys will know," Ryan said. "He woke up in the morning. He felt a little something weight lifting in the afternoon [Sunday]. But it wasn't anything. But now he obviously he had this thing where if you'd touch him ... obviously he's in a lot of pain.
