Bears rookie wideout Kevin White has been placed on the active/PUP list. He has been dealing with a shin injury and has been told to stay off of it according to Bears general manager Ryan Pace. "Kevin has a shin injury that we told him to stay off of the last month," Pace said. "He's been inactive, we want to have a ramp up phase in regards to his cardio. So we're going to start him off on PUP to get him to build his cardiovascular endurance. It happened in the later part of the OTAs. That's when we started keeping him off of it.
