Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery injured his calf in practice this week and was held out of tonight's preseason game against the Dolphins. He is in a walking boot and on crutches. Head coach John Fox says the injury is not serious and he is day-to-day. Of course, teams are not obligated to tell the truth or disclose injuries during the preseason. This is a situation to monitor closely. "He sprained his calf in practice at camp before we came out, so we held him out," Fox said. "He'll be day to day."
