San Francisco 49ers running back Kendall Hunter was placed on season-ending injured reserve. This comes as a shock. The assumption is he suffered a setback to his surgically repaired knee. There is no official word out of San Fran yet though. He was reportedly coming along great and expected to play a significant role this season.
Fantasy Analysis:
This pretty much came out of nowhere. This immediately boosts the value of Carlos Hyde and rookie Mike Davis. If could also increase Reggie Bush 's value if you have the unfortunate belief that Bush is still a viable fantasy option.
