On the Detroit Lions official website, Tim Twentyman was answering fans’ questions, which someone asked about the biggest red zone threat for the Lions. Twentyman replied, “I believe running back Theo Riddick is one of the best red-zone threats in all of football.”
The Lions were ranked dead last in 2016 with 350 rushing attempts. However, you do have to consider that Ameer Abdullah was out most of the season, leaving Riddick, Zach Zenner and rookie Dwayne Washington to pick up the slack. Riddick played in only 10 games but was the biggest running back red zone threat for the Lions.
