Offensive Coordinator: Rob Boras (STL TE) (New OC in 2016)
Head Coach: Jeff Fisher (Same as 2015)
Head Coach Involvement: Fisher is a defensive mind but is very involved with what happens on offense. He wants a super solid running game, but he’s also willing to allow his offensive coordinator to call passing plays all game if needed, so he’s not shy about airing it out. Fisher became the HC in STL in 2012 after being HC in Tennessee (formerly Houston) going back all the way to 1994.
Offensive Basis: The West Coast Offense with potential for one lead WR and a number of complementary WR guys and TE.
