Willie Kirk has been appointed manager of Everton Ladies.
The former Bristol City boss has joined the Blues from Championship side Manchester United where he was assistant manager.
He will take charge of the team for the first time in the Ladies’ WSL 1 Merseyside derby against Liverpool at midday tomorrow at Southport.
“Everton has a great history in the game, one that everybody is proud of, and we have a fantastic reputation for bringing through young players which I am really passionate about,” Kirk said. “The facilities here at USM Finch Farm are fantastic and I cannot wait to get started.
