The Sunday Mirror and Daily Star Sunday both claim Everton have made Leicester City and England striker Jamie Vardy their top summer transfer target.

The two papers suggest the Blues have already began discussing plans to bolster their squad for next season and are keen on bringing the 2015/16 Premier League title winner to Goodison Park.

Elsewhere, fit-again full-back Seamus Coleman tells the Mail on Sunday that Everton were “nowhere near good enough” in their 2-1 defeat at Burnley on Saturday, while manager Sam Allardyce explains in the Liverpool Echo why goalscorer Cenk Tosun had to be substituted shortly after the hour-mark at Turf Moor.
