David Unsworth says Everton must “remain positive and stick together” following their elimination from the Europa League - with an important Premier League clash against Watford just three days away.
The Blues were left with no chance of progressing from Group E after goals from Bertrand Traore, Houssem Aouar and Memphis Depay earned Lyon all three points at the Groupama Stadium in France.
Despite the setback, Unsworth says his side must dig deep and be fully focused for the visit of the Hornets on Sunday.
“I’m really disappointed with the result [against Lyon],” said Unsworth.
