Everton Under-18s extended their unbeaten run to 13 games after Antony Evans' brace handed Kevin Sheedy's side a 2-0 win over Stoke City at Finch Farm.
The young Blues started brightly and with less than three minutes gone, they created their first chance of the game. Daniel Bramall latched onto Beni Baningime’s long ball but the winger’s effort was pushed away by Mate Deczki in the Potters goal.
Everton continued to ramp up the pressure and went close when Callum Lees flicked Bramall's corner into the path of Morgan Feeney, but the defender could only stab his effort over.
