Everton’s Under-18s got behind this year’s Level Playing Fields’ weeks of action by welcoming a local community group to USM Finch Farm for a fun-filled training session.
The aspiring footballers met with a local ‘Community Action Social Club’ which acts as a care provider for disabled adults in Mossley Hill and works alongside Everton in the Community to encourage a social and healthy lifestyle, through the power of football.
The interactive kick-a-bout, which was arranged after the team took part in disability awareness training session, saw the Academy scholars put into practice what they had learned in the classroom and forged strong relationships between the groups.
