Sam Allardyce has retained the core of the Everton team which beat Crystal Palace two weeks ago for this evening’s meeting with Watford at Vicarage Road.
Manager Allardyce makes only two enforced changes – Seamus Coleman and Eliaquim Mangala replaced by Jonjoe Kenny and Ashley Williams, the two players who came on in the stricken duo’s stead against Palace.
Oumar Niasse, then, spearheads the three-pronged Everton attack that has been in a pretty rich vein of form of late. Striker Niasse has scored twice in his past four outings – and is joined in the Toffees’ frontline by Gylfi Sigurdsson, a scorer against Palace, and Theo Walcott, whose electric start to life with the Blues included bagging both goals when Everton beat Leicester City last month.
