Andy Gray believes Everton will be STRONGER at the back this season despite the departure of John Stones.
The Merseysiders sold the England international defender to Manchester City on Tuesday for a fee of £47.5m.
Stones is rated as one of the most promising centre-backs in world football, but Gray reckons Ronald Koeman's side will cope fine without the 22-year-old.
Koeman has already brought in Ashley Williams from Swansea as a replacement for £9m, while an £18m deal for Sunderland's Lamine Kone is also in the offing.
