Stoke striker Peter Crouch became the first player in Premier League history to head home 50 goals.
The 6ft 7ins forward nodded in the only goal during Stoke's 1-0 win over Southampton on the final day of the season and in doing so, brought up his half century.
That means Crouch has headed almost half of his 103 Premier League goals over a career spanning the best part of 15 years in the English top flight.
Plying his trade for Aston Villa, Norwich, Southampton, Portsmouth, Tottenham and now Stoke in the Premier League, the Crouch has enjoyed a stellar career in the top echelon of English football.
