The Sevilla midfielder has fallen out with coaching staff at the Spanish club and they are ready to sell him in January for £25m.
That news has put Everton on red alert, with new Toffess boss Sam Allardyce keen to work with the Frenchman again.
Allardyce signed N'Zonzi when he was Blackburn Rovers manager back in 2009 and he is said to still be a fan of his talents.
But, according to Estadio Deportivo, if the former England boss wants to work with the 28-year-old again he will have to see off competition from Juventus.
