A special show dedicated to Everton’s history will be staged at the Epstein Theatre this summer.
Produced by Blue Park Productions in association with The Epstein Theatre and written by Evertonian Kenny O’Connell with poetry provided by fellow Blue Bobby Parry, ‘From the Heart of Everton’s Badge to The Grand Old Lady’ celebrates the Club’s home, Goodison Park, and will run from Wednesday 22 August to Saturday 25 August.
The play digs into the extraordinary history of the Club, it’s home and some of the city’s most famous football and non-footballing characters.
The story is based around Prince Rupert’s Tower or the ‘Everton lock-up’, as it is known locally.
