Seamus Coleman has taken a swipe at sacked Everton boss Roberto Martinez after revealing Ronald Koeman has addressed lax standards around the club.
The Toffees are currently fifth in the Premier League table having shown a big improvement under Koeman this term.
Martinez lost his job following last season’s 11th-placed finish and it appears his exit has not been mourned among the club’s senior stars.
Republic of Ireland captain Coleman said: ‘Finishing 11th isn’t where a team with our players should be.
