Morgan Schneiderlin is confident new boy Gylfi Sigurdsson will put on a show when Everton step out against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
With his three appearances since completing a Club-record move from Swansea City coming away from home, Sigurdsson, who netted twice to give Iceland a 2-0 win over Ukraine on Tuesday, is finally set to make his Goodison bow this weekend.
What’s more, the midfielder will come up against former employers, having made 83 appearances for Spurs over two seasons between 2012 and 2014.
The fixture will also see the Blues celebrate 125 years of Goodison Park, and speaking to The Everton Show, Schneiderlin said: “He’ll be keen to make an impression, for sure.
