Joel Robles says he will remember each Everton match he played “with pride and honour” as he saluted the Club’s “great fans” for their support in his five seasons with the Blues.
Robles – who has signed for La Liga side Real Betis – made 65 appearances for Everton after joining from Atletico Madrid in 2013.
In a message addressed to the “Everton family” on his official Twitter page, Robles said he wanted to thank “every fan for making me feel like one of your own”.
“I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to wear the shirt of such a great Club like Everton and be able to play at Goodison Park in front of such great fans for the past five years,” the 28-year-old goalkeeper added.
