Rangers put their Europa League final heartbreak behind them by beating Hearts 2-0 after extra time at Hampden Park on Saturday to lift the Scottish Cup.
In a tense first half, Hearts came closest to breaking the deadlock when Everton loanee Ellis Simms hit the post from close range.
Rangers pushed for the opener after the break, with Joe Aribo forcing a stunning save from Craig Gordon, before Scott Wright clipped the bar with a header. Their pressure eventually told as Ryan Jack and Wright scored within three minutes of each other in the first period of extra time to hand Giovanni van Bronckhorst's team a hard-earned victory.
