Everton winger Yannick Bolasie damaged his cruciate ligament in the draw with Manchester United at Goodison and will be out of action for the remainder of the campaign.
He joins Mo Besic as a long-term absentee in the squad.
Seamus Coleman also exited last Sunday’s game with a knock but Ronald Koeman expects to have the Irishman available on Saturday.
Watford are without defenders Adrian Mariappa, Brice Dja Djedje and Craig Cathcart for Everton’s visit to Vicarage Road. However, Younes Kaboul and Daryl Janmaat could return after respective knocks.
