Everton have decided to ask their fans how they feel about Sam Allardyce, their manager, who replaced Ronald Koeman earlier this season.
Koeman was sacked with the Toffees languishing in a relegation battle, and Allardyce was appointed boss roughly a month later following David Unsworth's spell as caretaker manager.
He has guided the Merseyside outfit away from the bottom three, but fans are hardly sold on the 63-year-old - and they have been given an opportunity to voice their frustrations.
The Liverpool Echo report Everton have sent out a survey to fans asking them to rate various things about the club on a scale from 0-10, including the 'current manager and coaching staff'.
