Upbeat Seamus Coleman has spoken about his positive early stages of rehabilitation as he battles his way back from a broken leg.
The Blues defender returned to USM Finch Farm a fortnight ago to begin his “baby steps” to recovery, having suffered a double fracture of his right leg during the Republic of Ireland’s World Cup qualifier with Wales in March.
Last week, the right-back revealed how signing a new five-year deal with the Club had given him a “massive boost”. And despite recognising it was early days in his rehab work, the 28-year-old has been given more reasons to be cheerful with how the first steps have gone.
