Jordan Pickford has scooped another individual prize for his impressive debut campaign with the Blues after being named Everton Supporters’ Club Player of the Season.
The goalkeeper received the accolade at a special Everton Supporters’ Club ceremony held in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old England international was recognised by the Club’s fans after a standout debut season at Goodison Park, having picked up three ‘Dixies’ at Everton’s End of Season awards last week – Player, Players’ Player and Young Player of the Season.
Pickford, who joined the Blues last summer from Sunderland for a British-record transfer fee for a goalkeeper, has played every minute of every Premier League game this term and has consistently impressed with his shot-stopping ability, command of his penalty area and character.
