Sunday’s issue of the matchday programme sees Joel Robles discuss his impressive clean sheet percentage and hopes of one day representing Spain.
The 26-year-old began the season as Everton’s second-choice goalkeeper but grasped his opportunity with both hands following an injury to Maarten Stekelenburg in late December.
Joel has registered shut-outs in 56.3 per cent of his appearances this campaign - comfortably greater than nearest-rival Thibaut Courtois, who boasts a still impressive 44.8 per cent.
The custodian also hopes his form for the Toffees will one day catch the attention of his national team.
