Looking for the perfect present to give your Toffee-mad dad this Father’s Day? Why not treat him to an evening at the theatre to celebrate the history of his favourite football club?
Written by Kenny O’Connell and with poetry by Bobby Parry - both Evertonians - From the Heart of Everton’s Badge to the Grand Old Lady will run from Wednesday, 22 August to Saturday, 25 August at the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool City Centre.
Produced by Blue Park Productions in association with The Epstein Theatre, the production focuses on the ‘Everton lock-up’ or Prince Rupert’s Tower, as it is known locally, which has stood at the peak of Everton Brow since 1787 and sits proudly on the Club’s crest.
