Newcastle United have asked to take Everton striker Sandro Ramirez on loan.
Rafa Benitez is willing to sanction a move that sees Newcastle pay a loan fee of around £2million plus the Spaniard's £100,000 a week wages in full.
The 22-year-old has interest from Spain in the shape of Sevilla and Real Betis though Everton manager Sam Allardyce is reluctant to sell Sandro as he believes he can still be a success in England.
Benitez believes Sandro would benefit by playing off another striker and the fact he is Spanish can help his compatriot settle in quickly.
