Manchester City are looking to screen the Champions League final at the Etihad Stadium — but rivals United have been scared off showing their potential Europa League final due to their recent fan protests.
Sportsmail understands City also hope to show their final league game at various venues, with capacity limited to 10,000 for the game with Everton on May 23.
The club may look at local lower-league grounds to show the league finale, at which they will likely lift the title.
But, following a break-in at Old Trafford during a protest over the Glazer owners on Sunday, United have shelved plans to show their European final.
