Kieran Dowell scored the winner as Nottingham Forest put the brakes on a three-game losing streak by toppling high-flying Sheffield United 2-1 at the City Ground on Saturday.
Dowell started the game and completed 80 minutes before being replaced by Zach Clough. Forest fell behind to a third-minute strike from former Everton youngster John Lundstram, but quickly hit back when Scotsman Jason Cummings rifled home from the edge of the box.
And it was Everton loanee Dowell who won all three points for the home side as he volleyed Forest's ultimately decisive second goal past Blades goalkeeper Jamal Blackman.
