Leicester 0-2 Everton: Kevin Mirallas and Romelu Lukaku goals help Ronald Koeman's side move seventh as hosts suffer without Jamie Vardy

Kevin Mirallas' first Premier League goal since August and a late second from Romelu Lukaku helped Everton move up to seventh in the Premier League with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Leicester at the King Power Stadium.

Mirallas gave the visitors the lead six minutes into the second half after the Leicester defence was caught all at sea by Joel Robles' long ball over the top, and the Belgian made no mistake with a fierce low shot into the corner past Kasper Schmeichel.

Substitute Leonardo Ulloa missed a fine chance to level for the hosts but the Argentine striker could only head Danny Simpson's straight at Robles, and Lukaku completed Leicester's miserable day with a calm finish on the break in stoppage time.
