Everton Football Club can confirm that Sammy Lee and Craig Shakespeare have been appointed to work on the coaching staff of new manager Sam Allardyce.
Lee is the Club’s new Assistant Manager, with Shakespeare working alongside Duncan Ferguson as First Team Coach.
