Everton Ladies will kick off the 2018/19 season with a trip to Durham in the Continental Cup.
The Blue Girls face the Championship side on August 26, before beginning their league campaign at Birmingham City Women on September 9.
Andy Spence's side have also drawn Reading, newly-formed Manchester United and rivals Liverpool in their cup group and will face their neighbours twice in four days in December.
Everton also conclude their campaign against Liverpool on May 12.
