Ronald Koeman says he intends to make further signings in the remaining two weeks of the summer transfer window if the opportunity arises to bring in players that will strengthen Everton’s first-team squad.
The manager has so far recruited Maarten Stekelenburg, Idrissa Gueye, Ashley Williams and Yannick Bolasie since taking charge at the Club.
Koeman explained there could potentially be more additions before the August 31 deadline if he feels there are areas of the squad where reinforcements are needed.
He said: “We always look at players [that will make us] have a stronger squad.
