Ronald Koeman says Everton will be “prepared” for the “real challenge” of Hajduk Split in the Europa League play-off round.
The Blues have been drawn against the Croatian side, with the first leg scheduled to take place at Goodison on Thursday August 17.
Everton will then travel to the 35,000-capacity Stadion Poljud on Thursday 24 August, with the winners of the tie moving on to the group stage of the competition.
After Thursday’s 1-0 win over MFK Ruzomberok in Slovakia, which secured a 2-0 aggregate success in the third round qualifying, Koeman insists Everton will do all they can to get the better of Hajduk Split and seal further progress.
