Sean Dyche has demanded a shift in Everton's mentality to alter the away form that has left the club fighting to save its Premier League status.
Everton have only won one fixture outside Goodison Park this season – at Southampton last October – and they had a similarly lamentable time in the previous campaign; it had led Dyche to examine everything around how the squad travels to games and where they have been staying.
They will face Crystal Palace tomorrow with Dominic Calvert-Lewin back in the ranks after he came through a behind-closed-doors game against Chester on Tuesday – Everton were beaten 1-0 by the National League North team and the England international played 70 minutes.
