'Is this how rich people play rock, paper, scissors?': Newcastle co-owner Amanda Staveley mocked on social media after awkward handshake fail following their 3-1 win over Everton

Newcastle co-owner Amanda Staveley has been mocked for her part in one of the most awkward attempted handshakes ever.

Eddie Howe's side moved out of the relegation zone with an impressive 3-1 victory over Everton thanks to an own goal by Mason Holgate, a strike by Ryan Fraser and a stunning free-kick from new signing Kieran Trippier.

After the final whistle, BT Sport footage showed Staveley reaching across to her right to try and shake someone's hand.
