Andre Gomes has been selected in Portugal's squad for the country's forthcoming Nations League clashes with Italy and Poland.
Midfielder Gomes last featured for his national team in a friendly game against Holland in March but returns to the fold after starring in Everton's past three matches.
The 25-year-old made his debut for the Club in last month's 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace following a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring problem.
He subsequently started and finished the matches against Manchester United and Brighton & Hove Albion and is poised to continue in the Blues' engine room for Sunday's trip to Chelsea.
