Who could take over following Lampard axe?
Well, Lampard's reign as Everton boss is over, then. And the immediate question is: just who will replace him?
According to the bookies, former Burnley boss Sean Dyche is the favourite, followed by ex-Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa and West Ham's David Moyes.
Dyche would have his hands full taking over what has seemed to be a poisoned chalice at Goodison Park, with fans furious with owner Farhad Moshiri and the Everton board.
