Frank Lampard is still the bookmakers' favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked after watching his Everton side slip to a 2-1 defeat at home against Southampton.
The match at Goodison Park pitted the Toffees against bottom-of-the-table Southampton, with both teams in desperate need of a win, and it was Everton who went in front when Amadou Onana scored six minutes before half time.
Southampton hit back after the interval, though, with James Ward-Prowse bagging a brace to condemn Everton to their fifth league defeat in their last six matches.
