The son of Premier League cult hero Tim Cahill has followed in his father's footsteps by joining a top flight club in England after signing for Nottingham Forest.
Shae Cahill, 19, has signed a two-year contract with Forest after a spell in Australia with the Brisbane Roar.
The central midfielder was supported by his father and Everton legend Tim, 44, as he was officially unveiled in the east midlands on Thursday.
The former Socceroos captain shared the exciting news on Instagram: 'Congratulations,' he said. 'We are all so proud of you and enjoy this next chapter.
