The former Liverpool and Aberdeen keeper, 20, is eligible to face Birmingham City Women in the Toffees’ opening league campaign of the campaign on Sunday.
Speaking after completing the paperwork on her move, Flaherty insists she intends to learn plenty at a club well known for developing young players.
“I’m really happy to be here,” she said. “I’m really enjoying it so far.
“I feel like this is a Club that is suited for me. It's got the same goals. I feel like Everton develops a lot of good young players.
