Farhad Moshiri is reportedly in advanced talks with a US-based investor to sell Everton Football Club in a deal worth £400m.
Moshiri, who has owned a significant stake in the club since February 2016 and raised his outright holding of shares to 94 per cent earlier this year, has been enticed by a bid from Maciek Kaminski.
According to the Financial Times, talks in the past few days have progressed well between the two parties with a deal appearing likely. The usual caveat of the Premier League needing to approve the deal withstanding.
