EXCLUSIVENottingham Forest could face legal action from agents owed 'significant sums' by the club... as sources disclose that the Premier League side may face winding-up petitions if debts remain unpaid

Nottingham Forest continue to owe significant sums to agents and may soon face legal action that could result in winding-up petitions.

Last August, Mail Sport revealed that Forest were refusing to pay bonuses including Premier League survival payments to players who had left the club.

A group of agents, also due significant sums, were considering legal action.

Five months have now passed and although bonuses to players have been paid, a number of disputes with agents remain.

Sources have disclosed that those owed money are again evaluating their position with a view to taking the club to court.
