Everton have laid out their main principles ahead of their proposed move from Goodison Park to the Bramley-Moore Dock site.

The club have released 11 key points at the forefront of their process which will serve as the blueprint for the new stadium.

Everton surveyed thousands of fans to ensure no stone was left unturned and every box was ticked when the building finally begins on Liverpool's waterfront.

The club hope to seal a deal with Liverpool County Council which will see them fund £280million to the project, just over half of the money needed for a stadium which, it is projected, will cost £500m.
