TEAM NEWS James McCarthy remains sidelined as he continues his rehabilitation from a broken leg. Skipper Phil Jagielka has returned to full training, however. Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney could return after recovering from an ankle injury, while the Cottagers will assess the fitness of centre-back Alfie Mawson, who has a back problem. Defender Tim Ream is fully fit and could play his first game of the season.
Everton remain without Seamus Coleman (foot), Yerry Mina (foot) and Andre Gomes (hamstring) for Saturday’s clash with Fulham at Goodison Park.
